Today, there’s so much that is constantly battling for our attention. Which feels as if we’re being pull in different directions all at once. We all experience feeling overwhelmed, and the degree varies from person to person and situation to situation, but how we acknowledge it and work through is what’s important. For me, I become overwhelmed from external and internal factors sometimes individually or simultaneously. To overcome and or help alleviate those feelings for me, I take deep breaths, write it out, go for a walk, make a list, stretch, take a break, spend time with my dog, or meditate.
